MS Dhoni-backed EMotorad, an Indian company in the e-cycle and micro-mobility space, and Shark Tank-featured Booz Mobility of Ahmedabad have entered into a strategic partnership with an aim to revolutionise electric transportation.
This exclusive collaboration centres on EMotorad, supplying all kick scooters for Booz Mobility, powering their entire fleet with cutting-edge vehicles for intra-campus mobility in gated communities. EMotorad is the only and exclusive supplier of electric kick scooters for Booz Mobility.
EMotorad is now the exclusive partner for Booz Mobility, supplying Lil E, with their electric kick scooters as part of this agreement.
Booz Mobility, Asia's only electric kick scooter fleet operator for gated communities, provides EV Fleet-As-A-Subscription services, reshaping short-distance commuting across metro areas.
Commenting on this partnership, Kunal Gupta, CEO of EMotorad, said "This partnership aligns perfectly with our vision to shape the future of Indian electric transportation. Our Lil E is a unique kick scooter that keeps innovation, design and performance in mind while creating fun movements. We’re excited to kick off this journey with Booz Mobility, as our partnership paves the way for innovative and sustainable solutions in clean transportation.”
As part of the partnership, EMotorad is looking to supply 500 kick scooters to Booz by the end of FY'25. The kick scooters, including the EMotorad Lil E, will support Booz’s vision of providing seamless and eco-friendly transportation solutions to users within metro cities.
Rutvij Dasadia, Founder of Booz Mobility, shared his enthusiasm for the collaboration, stating, “This partnership will change the perspective of how people see micro-mobility in India and how it will help solve larger mobility problems related to short commutes. With EMotorad as our strategic partner, we aim to serve about 850 million square feet of gated premises in metro areas by 2025, providing a sustainable, efficient, and futuristic commuting solution for thousands of users.”
