Facelifted MU-X SUV Now Launched In India, Prices Start From Rs. 26.26Lakhs

ISUZU MU-X was first launched in India in 2017, replacing the Japanese automaker's older flagship SUV, the Isuzu MU-7. The facelifted MU-X comes with some extensive cosmetic updates along with updated features as well. Mechanically, the 2018 Isuzu MU-X SUV remains the same with no change to the engine whatsoever.

The same 3.0-litre diesel engine, good for 174 hp and 380 Nm of peak torque that powered the previous model, continues to do its duties in the Facelifted MU-X. A 5-speed automatic transmission as standard, the 4x4 variant comes with a shift-on-fly dial. Fortuner and Endeavour both are offering 6-speed automatic transmissions.

There are however some updates in the exterior of the ISUZU SUV. Starting with Front, there is a new slightly updated grille, new headlamps with projector lens and LED daytime running lights. The front bumper has also been changed with new fog lamp design with dark chrome inserts. There is a set of new 18inch alloy wheels, the profile remains unchanged. There are New Taillights as well. The interiors of the facelifted MU-X remains unchanged from the current version but ISUZU is giving quilted black leather upholstery. Now there are 6 Airbags available in place of the earlier 2 airbags along with Hill Descent Control.

The Facelifted ISUZU MU-X is available at an attractive price of ₹ 26,26,842/- for the 4x2 variant. The 4x4 variant is available at a price of ₹ 28,22,959/- (ex-showroom, Hyderabad)
