Godawari Electric Motors Introduces The Roadside Assistance Programme
Godawari Electric Motors, the manufacturer of the Eblu line of electric two- and three-wheelers, is offering three-year complimentary roadside assistance to all the Eblu Rozees purchased in the month of November (1st November–30th November 2023). which is valid across all the touchpoints of the company across the country.
The 24x7 Roadside Assistance programme is provided to customers at no extra cost and will cover a wide range of amenities, which include flat tyre assistance, battery jumpstart, lockout service, minor repairs and towing service.
Customers will receive a dedicated helpline number, and in the event that a towing truck is needed, technicians will be sent to help customers get to their destination. Towing support up to 40 km will be offered to the closest authorised service centre in the event of a major breakdown.

We have carefully curated the RSA programme for Eblu Rozee customers and have trained our technicians to address any customer concerns with shorter turnaround times."
Godawari Electric Motors currently has 50 dealerships across the country and is aiming to have 100 dealerships by the end of this fiscal year.
