Godawari Electric Motors Launches Its First E-Scooter At Rs. 99,999

Electric vehicle manufacturing startup, Godawari Electric Motors has launched its first electric scooter, Eblu Feo. This is the first product from the company in the EV two-wheeler segment in India. 

The scooter is offered in a single variant at a price of Rs 99,999. The company currently retails the Eblu Rozee (EV three-wheeler- L5M), Eblu Spin and Eblu Thrill (e-bicycle) range of cycles in the country.  Commenting at the launch, Hyder Khan, CEO of Godawari Electric Motors, said, “Eblu Feo has been designed from scratch at the company’s Raipur facility and features a timeless design and focuses on offering superior comfort. It is specifically aimed to be a family-oriented scooter with a blend of performance and safety with great value for money price.”

♦ Features regenerative braking to reduce stress on the battery and extend the driving range

♦ Telescopic front suspension and dual tube twin shocker

♦ CBS disc brake in the front and rear 

♦ Hi-resolution AHO LED Headlamps and LED tail lamps

♦ Side stand features a sensor indicator

♦ 12-inch interchangeable tubeless tyres in the front and rear

♦ 7.4-inch digital full-color display with vehicle information which includes Service alert, Side Stand sensor, Bluetooth connectivity, Navigation Assistant, Incoming Message alert, Call alert, Mode display, Reverse indicator, Battery SOC indicator, Throttle fault sensor, Motor fault sensor, Battery alert and Helmet indicatorThe Godawari Eblu Feo stands 1140 mm in height and is 1850 mm in length. With 1345 mm of wheelbase, the e-scooter has a ground clearance of 170 mm. The e-scooter comes in five body colour options: Cyan Blue, Wine Red, Jet Black, Tele grey, Traffic White

Charging:

♦ Charging time: 5 hours 25 minutes

The company will offer 3 years and 30,000 km warranty.

Khan further added, “We have been buoyed by the response to our existing EV products and with a robust retail network pan-India, we will able to cater to the demand of a wide customer base. EV two-wheeler segment has seen remarkable progress in the past couple of years in India and we are confident that Eblu Feo will be able to meet the expectations and aspirations of families and the next generation buyers.” 

The company will next launch its e-loader Eblu Reino in September 2023. The company has invested significantly in network expansion with 50 dealerships across the country and aims to have 100 dealers by the end of this fiscal.
