Suzuki Motorcycle Closes FY'2024-25 With Sales Of 12.56 Lakh Units

Suzuki Motorcycle India (SMIPL), the two-wheeler subsidiary of Suzuki Motor Corporation, Japan, concluded FY 2024-25 with its highest-ever annual sales of 12,56,161 units. This reflects 11 per cent growth over 11,33,902 units sold in FY 2023-24.
The total sales for the FY 2024-25 include record domestic sales of 10,45,662 units, a 14 per cent rise from 9,21,009 units sold in the last financial year. SMIPL exported 2,10,499 units during the same period compared to 2,12,893 units exported in FY2023-24.
March 2025 Sales Performance
Continuing its strong performance in last month of FY 2024-25, SMIPL registered an all-time high monthly sale of 1,25,930 units in March 2025, growing 21 per cent over 1,03,669 units sold in March 2024. Of this, domestic sales hit a remarkable 1,05,736 units, reflecting 23 per cent growth from 86,164 units in March last year. Exports for the month totalled 20,194 units, surpassing the 17,505 units exported in March 2024.
Expressing his views on SMIPL’s sales performance, Mitsumoto Watabe - Operation Manager, Sales & After Sales, Suzuki Motorcycle India, said, “Our sales have doubled in just 4 four years, reflecting the continued trust our customers have placed in us by choosing Suzuki products, opting for authorised service workshops, and using genuine parts. This growth was further driven by the launch of the new Suzuki Access, where our dealers and team focused on delivering a complete product experience through test rides. As we step into the new financial year, we are geared up for the launch of our first electric scooter – the Suzuki e-Access.”
