Bajaj Auto has reported a 20 percent dip in total sales at 4,02,035 units in September this year.
The company had sold 5,02,009 units in September last year.
Total Motorcycle sales saw a dip of 22 percent at 3,36730 unit as compared to 4,30,939 units sold in August 2018.
Domestic sales stood at 2,15,501 units compared to 3,11,503 units, down by 31 percent, Bajaj Auto said in a statement.
Total commercial vehicle sales down by 8 percent at 65,305 units as against 71,070 units in the same month previous year.
Exports saw a dip of 2 percent to 1,86,534 units as compared to 1,90,506 units exported in the same month 2018.
