The roots of global expansion can be traced from 2010, with the most demanded segment supply of buses and taxis in a transition phase of electrifying public transport, leading it to a global presence in over 400 cities and 70 countries.
The brand gives credit to local manufacturing based on global demand.

Currently, BYD has entered 58 countries and regions, and surpassed an accumulative sales of 200,000 units of passenger vehicles, with significant victories in the new energy vehicle market in Thailand, Brazil and other locations.
