Italian luxury sports car manufacturer, Lamborghini has made a record by producing the most number of its super sport utility vehicle, Urus in the shortest time ever, around four years.
The Lamborghini Urus concept was first presented at the Beijing Motor Show in 2012 and was globally launched in 2018. Since then the company has produced 20,000 units of the vehicle, setting a sales records year on year.
The twenty-thousandth Urus in Viola Mithras (purple shade colour) with black calipers and panoramic roof, rolled off the production line on June 7 and is destined for a customer in Azerbaijan.
The Lamborghini Urus sports a 4.0 litre twin-turbo V8 engine which delivers the power of 650 HP at 6000 rpm (max. 6800 rpm), and torque of 850 Nm at 2250 rpm.
Lamborghini Urus can achieve acceleration of 0 to 100 km in 3.6 seconds and a speed of 200 km per hour in 12.8 seconds, with a maximum speed of 305 km per hour.
