Beginning on March 1, 2023, MG Motor India will raise the pricing across its entire model lineup. Although the cause of the price increase has not been made public, we anticipate that it is because the engines need to be modified to comply with the impending BS6 2.0 regulations.
The most significant price increase, equivalent to Rs 60,000, would be applied to the MG Gloster. The Hector's petrol and diesel engine models will come next, with price increases of Rs 60,000 and Rs 40,000, respectively.
Consumers purchasing the MG ZS EV starting in March of this year will have to fork over an extra Rs 40,000 in addition to the present prices. On the other hand, The Astor will cost Rs 30,000 more. The aforementioned price adjustments (all prices, ex-showroom, Delhi) will be valid for each model's whole line of variants. After the initial price increase in January 2023, when all the models increased in price by up to Rs 1 lakh, this will be MG's second price increase this year.
