VE Commercial Vehicles Sells 6715 Units In June'23
VE Commercial Vehicles (A Volvo Group and Eicher Motors joint venture) has recorded sales of 6,715 units in June 2023 as compared to 6,307 units in June 2022 recording a growth of 6.5 per cent. This includes 6,527 units of Eicher brand and 188 units of Volvo brand.
Key highlights for June 2023:
♦ Eicher branded trucks & buses have recorded sales of 6527 units in June 2023 as compared to 6185 units in June 2022 representing a growth of 5.5 per cent.
♦ In the domestic CV market, Eicher branded trucks & buses have recorded sales of 6277 units in June 2023 as compared to 5584 units in June 2022, representing a growth of 12.4 per cent.
♦ On the Exports front, Eicher branded trucks & buses have recorded sales of 250 units in June 2023 as compared to 601 units in June 2022, representing a decline of 58.4 per cent.
♦ Volvo Trucks and Volvo Buses have recorded sales of 188 units in June 2023 as compared to 122 units in June 2022, representing a growth of 54.1 per cent.
In operation since December 2008, VE Commercial Vehicles (VECV) is a joint venture between the Volvo Group and Eicher Motors.
