The company ensured technical support was offered to the vehicles on-road 24x7 by the UPTIME team using remote diagnosis and video conferencing even during the lockdown. Massive awareness campaign were conducted through WhatsApp to educate customers through pre-operational guidelines in all regional languages

EOS support continued to be provided by all the workshops and despite challenges, 80% of calls made on road were resolved within 24 hours. The company maintains a complete database of the vehicles that enters the workshop. Based on this data and use of in-house analytics, the truck maker is able to pinpoint a potential fault and help improve the service experience for the customers.
