The National Parts Warehouse of Volvo Car India in Bhiwandi, near Mumbai has completed 5 years in India. The warehouse began operations on April 16, 2018 and is currently serving with a significantly high service rate in 2023.
The establishment of a local warehouse has greatly increased the availability of parts in India. As a result, Volvo Cars now stocks & handles more than 10,000 lines of parts which can be transported to Indian dealers in a quick time. “The warehouse has assisted Volvo in strengthening its commitment to the Indian market by consistently enhancing part availability, warehouse operating standards, quality, and on-time delivery to retailers.” said Jyoti Malhotra, Managing Director Volvo Car India.
