Audi has introduced a new special edition of the Q5 SUV in India at a cost of Rs 67.05 lakh (ex-showroom, India). Based on the Q5 Technology, the special edition variation costs roughly Rs 84,000 more than the normal variant and has some additional cosmetic upgrades.
There will be the choice of two limited edition distinct paint colors—District Green and Ibis White—for an extra cost. The exterior's chrome accents are likewise removed in favor of black trim, and the mirror caps are also completed in black. The black-finished roof rails replace the silver-finished ones found on the basic Q5. On 5-spoke alloy wheels with diamond cuts, the special edition is mounted.
All of the features from the Q5 Technology have been carried over into the cabin, which is unaltered. The available features include a 10-inch touchscreen, a virtual cockpit digital instrument cluster, a panoramic sunroof, hands-free tailgate opening, powered front seats, three-zone temperature control, LED headlights, a B&O premium sound system, and more.
According to Audi, owners of the special edition will also be eligible for discounted prices on accessories like running boards and the Audi Ring Foil Silver. The special edition SUV's 2.0-liter turbo-petrol engine, which produces 245 horsepower and 370 Nm of torque, is unchanged mechanically. Power is sent to all four wheels by means of a conventional 8-speed automatic gearbox.
