Bajaj Auto Records 4 Percent Rise In Motorcycle Sales

Bajaj Auto Ltd has witnessed a 3 percent increase in total sales in June at 4,19, 235 units as against 4,07,044 units in May last year. 

Commercial vehicle sales dropped by 20 percent to 53,333 units during the month compared to 66,677 units in the year-ago period, said by the company in a statement. Sales of motorcycles raised by 4 percent to 3,51,291 units in the previous month as against 3,37,752  units in June last year, it added.

Total exports of the company stood at 1,75,399 unit compared to the 1,69,853 units in June last year.
