Kia EV6 To Enter India. Bookings Start From May
Kia is making its entry into the Indian electric four-wheeler market with EV6 SUV. EV6 is the brand’s first Battery-Powered Electric Vehicle (BEV) which is already present in the international markets since March 2021. Globally, the SUV is known for its design, features, and quality. It will be interesting to see what Kia EV6 will offer to the Indian market.
The EV6 will be imported to India in limited quantity as a CBU (Complete Built Up), fully assembled, hence we can expect no changes in the design and features that EV6 offers globally.
The SUV is built on Kia’s dedicated EV platform E-GMP and has ultra-fast charging capabilities with an impressive driving range. The company says that EV6 is the most hi-tech Kia ever made and the SUV will be a true game-changer in the Indian market.
Bookings for Kia EV6 will begin on 26 May 2022 and is expected to be launched in India in June 2022.
