Maruti Suzuki XL6 Is Here - Is It Worth The Rs. 11.29 Lakh Price Tag?

Maruti Suzuki India has launched the facelift version of its popular MPV (Multi-Purpose Vehicle) XL6. The new XL6 comes with manual and automatic gearbox options and has a 6-seater cabin with captain seats in the middle row. 

Under the hood, the new version now gets an all-new K-series 1.5litre Dual Jet petrol engine which is paired with a 5-speed manual and an all-new 6-speed automatic gearbox with paddle shifters on the steering wheels. Similar to what have seen on the recently launched 2022 Ertiga. The MPV will produce a peak power of 75.8 kW at 6,000rpm and 136.8Nm of peak torque at 4,400rpm. 

The 2022 XL6 gets major design changes, on the exterior the cars sports a new front grille with a sweeping ‘X-bar’ element, 16-inch dual-tone alloy wheels, LED reflector headlamps with LED DRL (Daytime Running Light), 3D LED tail lamps and an updated rear design. In the interiors, the car gets ventilated front seats, a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system, a 360 view camera, telescopic steering, and all connected car features.

Additionally, the 2022 XL6 is equipped with four airbags, Electronic Stability Program (ESP) with Hill Hold Assist (HHA) standard across all variants.

 The new XL6 is available in six monotone colours – blue, white, silver, grey, khaki, and red and three dual-tone colour options - silver with black, khaki with black and red with black.

The 2022 XL6 has a total of eight variants, the price starts from Rs. 11.29 lakh (ex-showroom) and goes up to Rs. 14.55 lakh (ex-showroom) for the top-spec variant of the MPV. Price of all the variants is in the table below, all prices as per ex-showroom.
