TKM has sold a total of 10352 units of BSVI vehicles to its dealers (wholesales) in the month of February 2020. The company exported 1004 units of the Etios series this month thus clocking a total of 11356 units.
Toyota Kirloskar Motor had sold a total of 11760 units in the domestic market in the month of February 2019. The company exported 737 units of the Etios series in February last year thus clocking a total of 12,497 units.
Commenting on the monthly sales, Naveen Soni, Senior Vice President, Sales and Service, Toyota Kirloskar Motor said, “We are happy that we have smoothly transitioned to BS VI manufacturing facility and started delivering BS VI vehicles to our customers before the stipulated deadline of April 2020. A total of 31853 units of BS VI vehicles have been dispatched to our dealerships till date. In order to also make the transition smoother for our valued customers we have offered introductory pricing so as to not pass on the full increase of BS VI product price at one go. Thanks to the positive acceptance from customers and the confidence they have on our products.
