TVS Motor Company Acquires Stake In British E-bike Supplier EBCO

TVS Motor Company on Wednesday shared a post on their social media platform where they mentioned that they have acquired a majority stake in the British e-bike supplier company EBCO Ltd. They have made Rs. 11.6 crore deal, which will have a direct impact on German IKO Sportarikel handles GmbH, its Corractec bicycles, and e-bike brands.

Founded in 2010, EBCO is UK based company that provides smart connected mobility solutions through a pipeline of e-bikes.

This is the TVS’s third investment in the European e-personal mobility space. The company has previously made investments in Swiss e-Mobility Group (SEMG) and EGO Movement.
