UP CM Yogi Adityanath Inaugurates 50 PMI e-buses In Ayodhya, Ahead Of Ram Mandir Opening

Before the consecration of Ram Mandir in Ayodhyadham, the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Yogi Adityanath, flagged off 50 electric buses (eBuses) as part of the zero-carbon public mobility initiative from the Ayodhyadham Bus Stand.

These buses, manufactured by PMI Electro Mobility, shall be plying within the city limits and facilitate visiting dignitaries, pilgrims and local citizens for public transport, complementing the green transport mission at Ayodhya.

Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Aanchal Jain, CEO, PMI Electro Mobility Solutions said, “We are truly blessed that our e-buses have commenced operations just before the consecration of Shri Ram Mandir. Our eBuses have proven their capabilities across the length and breadth of our nation, contributing to the improvement of our nation’s sustainability quotient.”

PMI Electro Mobility has over 700 eBuses running across Uttar Pradesh, aiming to reduce the carbon footprint by 11,036 metric tonnes and save 1,62,06,750 litres of diesel.
