VE Commercial Vehicles (A Volvo Group and Eicher Motors joint venture) recorded sales of 7,609 units in September 2024 as compared to 7,198 units in September 2023, a growth of 5.7 per cent. This includes 7,322 units of Eicher brand and 287 units of Volvo brand.
Following are details for September 2024:
- Eicher branded trucks & buses have recorded sales of 7,322 units in September 2024 as compared to 6,965 units in September 2023 representing a growth of 5.1 per cent.
- In the domestic CV market, Eicher branded trucks & buses have recorded sales of 6,847 units in September 2024 as compared to 6,715 units in September 2023, representing a growth of 2.0 per cent.
- On the Exports front, Eicher branded trucks & buses recorded sales of 475 units in September 2024 as compared to 250 units in September 2023, representing a growth of 90 per cent.
- Volvo Trucks and Volvo Buses recorded sales of 287 units in September 2024 as compared to 233 units in September 2023, representing a growth of 23.2 per cent.
