2021 Mercedes-Benz E-Class Launched In India
Mercedes-Benz has launched the new E-Class facelift in India starting at Rs 63.60 lakh (ex-showroom). It is available in two variants-Expression and Exclusive.
The updated E-Class gets a new grille that is surrounded by new headlamps and gets a single LED DRL eyebrow. Moreover, the car gets a new front bumper, power dome ridges on the bonnet, changed alloy wheels, and LED split taillights.
The new E-Class is also available in an AMG line variant that gets signature AMG grille with vertical slats, different front, and rear bumper to improve the aesthetics and aid with the aerodynamics.
Under the hood, Mercedes benz E-class facelift gets 2.0-liter petrol and diesel engines. While the petrol engine delivers 197 hp and 320 Nm of torque, the diesel powertrain delivers a maximum power output of 194 hp and 400 Nm of torque. The transmission option includes a 9G-Tronic 9-speed automatic gearbox. Additionally, there is also an AMG breed 3.0-liter 6-cylinder diesel engine (350d) which churns out 286 hp and 600 Nm of peak torque.
