Exicom Launches 'Harmony Direct 2.0' DC Fast Charger

Key features of Harmony Direct 2.0 include dynamic load sharing between plugs to manage power more efficiently and reduce energy losses

Exicom, an electric vehicle charging and critical power solutions provider, has introduced Harmony Direct 2.0, its latest DC fast charger designed to improve reliability, efficiency, and user experience in electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure.

The charger runs on Harmony OS, an indigenously developed operating system that supports automated communication between the charger, vehicle, and cloud. It includes sensor-based diagnostics and AI-powered remote management through Harmony Connect, aiming to reduce downtime and improve operational consistency.

Anant Nahata, Managing Director and CEO of Exicom, said the new product is intended to address infrastructure challenges critical to accelerating EV adoption in India.

Key features of Harmony Direct 2.0 include dynamic load sharing between plugs to manage power more efficiently and reduce energy losses. The charger also supports Harmony Net technology, which enables real-time power distribution across multiple chargers. Additional functions such as multi-stack charging and an ergonomic design are intended to support both fleet operators and individual users.

The launch comes as India expands its EV ecosystem, with growing emphasis on infrastructure reliability and scalability. Exicom aims to contribute to this effort by offering a charger designed for current needs and future scalability.
