The K300 N and K300 R, two new motorcycles from Keeway India, have been introduced in India. Unlike the K300 R, which has a full fairing, the K300 N is a sporty naked motorcycle. The foundations of both bikes are identical.
The K300 N's price ranges from Rs. 2.65 lakh to Rs. 2.85 lakh, while the K300 R's price starts from Rs. 2.99 lakh to 3.20 lakh. All of the listed prices are ex-showroom. Pre-orders for both motorcycles can now be made starting at 10,000, and deliveries should start by the end of the month.
An all-liquid-cooled, 202-cc single-cylinder engine powers both Keeway motorcycles. It has a maximum output of 27.5 horsepower at 8,750 rpm and a maximum torque of 25 Nm at 7,000 rpm. It is coupled to a six-speed transmission with a clutch that can slip and assist.
The brand-new Keeway sports bikes have a trellis frame with 37 mm upside-down forks up front and a centre mono-shock at the back for suspension. A 292 mm disc with a four-piston caliper and a 220 mm disc with a single-piston caliper at the rear are responsible for braking. A dual-channel ABS is also available.
Given that the company offers alloy wheels, classic tyres should be available. The wheels are 17 inches in size. The front tyre has a measurement of 100/70, while the rear tyre is 140/60. Additionally, the design of the alloy wheels on both motorcycles is the same.
Both the Keeway K300 N and K300 R have differing seat heights. The K300 N seat height is 795 mm, compared to 780 mm for the K300 R. The K300 N also has a 150 mm ground clearance and weights 151 kg. The K300 R has a 135 mm ground clearance. Compared to the 12.5 litre gasoline tank of the K300 N, it weighs 165 kg and has a fuel tank capacity of 12.
Speaking of features, both motorcycles have a digital instrument cluster and all-LED lighting. A belly exhaust and two riding modes are also available.
