Mahindra is apparently preparing to introduce a 5-door version of the Mahindra Thar SUV in the nation. The updated Thar is anticipated to make its debut at the Auto Expo 2023 in January of next year, which is also rumoured to be the debut event for the Maruti Suzuki Jimny 5-door and the Force Gurkha 5-door. The five-door form of the Mahindra Thar is rumoured to have a longer wheelbase than the present three-door model. It might also have a spare wheel at the back and upright tail light. Rectangular-shaped LED taillamps will be used. Additionally, the Thar 5-door model will have a separate door for the back seats, increasing interior room. Dimensions, however, might not vary.
