Tata Tiago EV To Get A Price Hike Up To 4%

Tata Motors has announced that a hike of three to four per cent will be observed in January 2023 on the recently launched cheapest EV. Tiago EV has launched at an introductory price of Rs 8.49 lakh to Rs 11.79 lakh for the first 10,000 customers but Tata increased this offer for another 10,000 customers by getting an impactable response.

Tiago EV will observe a hike of 30,000 to 35,000. Tiago EV has many elements same to Tiago ICS.

Tata Motors earlier announced a price hike on their commercial vehicles. But, the reason behind this price is because of the increase in the price of EV components and one of the major reasons is the increase in the cost of batteries by 30-35 per cent. 

Tata is also aiming to start delivery of Tiago EV in mid of January and complete the first batch within four to five months.
