Tata To Come Up With Punch's EV Version
Tata Motors has the largest share in the Indian EV market and this year they have launched three EVs which are Nexon EV Max, Tigor EV and Tiago EV. Now Tata has started working on another EV which is Punch EV, according to multiple media reports.
Tata has shown their concept vehicles such as Curvv EV and Avinya EV earlier this year. By 2026 Tata is planning to have 10 EVS in their portfolio.
Tata has seen massive growth in the demand for their EV products. Especially when Tata opened bookings for Tiago EV for 10,000 customers but within 24 hours all bookings were done. So Tata decided to increase the booking limit for another 10,000 customers.
Tata Punch crossed a milestone of selling 100,000 units within just 11 months. Punch ICE variant comes at a price of Rs 6 lakh and Rs 8.94 lakh (ex-showroom). And we can expect the price of EV version of the Punch somewhere near to Tiago EV.
