Maserati, the Italian luxury carmaker, has announced the launch of its 2019 Quattroporte diesel in India. A classic example of authentic Italian design, the 2019 Quattroporte gracefully embraces the virtues of elegance and athletic attitude like its predecessors with New colours, wheel designs and interior veneers, redesigned gearshift lever and Pieno Fiore natural leather interiors.
The 2019 model is offered in GranLusso and GranSport trims, representing the perfect blend of luxury and performance. Fitted with high performance 3.0-litre V6 turbodiesel engine which comes with AdBlue technology and sets the benchmark in performance, efficiency and driving satisfaction. The Active Sound technology of the Quattroporte Diesel exhaust system produces a characteristic Maserati sound that underlines the car’s performance-ready nature, and which can be varied at the touch of a button.
The 2019 Quattroporte has a New redesigned gearshift lever, featuring a more intuitive shift pattern, shorter travel and improved operation. The driver now has the option to use the eight-speed ZF gearbox in automatic or manual mode simply by shifting the lever from right to left. The MTC+ infotainment system has been enhanced with updated display graphics and improved climate control system ergonomics
Maserati introduces for the first time, the full-grain Pieno Fiore leather, which is incomparable to any other material in the automotive industry for its natural, soft feel and the unique character it attains throughout the years. Pieno Fiore is available as an option in Quattroporte in three colours with specific stitching on the seats and double stitching on the door panels. Maserati also offers two brand new high-gloss interior veneers for the Quattroporte.
Exterior colour ranges have also been refreshed with a choice of ten colours for the 2019 Quattroporte models. Two new tri-coat colours are now available, the iconic Rosso Potente and the deep dark Blu Nobile. There are two brand new Alloy wheel designs in the 2019 catalogue in 20 and 21-inch sizes.
The first edition of 2019 Quattroporte will be owned by a privileged Delhiite. After the first 2018 Quattroporte GTS and first 2018 Maserati Ghibli that arrived in Delhi, it is now time for the elegant Bianco Alpi GranSport trim with Pieno Fiore leather interiors – the celebrated 2019 version of Maserati’s best-selling sedan Quattroporte – to make its way into the city.
In India, the 2019 Quattroporte’s GranLusso version is available at a starting price of INR 1.74 Cr and the Gransport version at INR 1.79 Cr (Ex-showroom Delhi).
