Fixcraft Announces 100 Per Cent Increase In Talent Pool In New Hiring Drive

Fixcraft- a start-up focused on car after-sales services, said that is planning to double its manpower in the first quarter of the new financial year. In the post covid era wherein there have been major job cuts, hiring announcement from Fixcraft comes as a cheer to talented professionals. Currently, the brand has around 30 employees and plans to take the number up to 60 in the first quarter of the new fiscal.

Fixcraft has been planning an aggressive expansion for the coming fiscal. It plans to add 10 more service centers to its network by December 2021. The new hiring plans follow the expansion announcement by the brand. The startup plans to hire majorly under Operations and Technology departments which will form the basis of the hypergrowth phase it is aiming at.

According to Vivek Sharma, Founder, and CEO, Fixcraft, “As the things are returning to normalcy, we have been witnessing good traction. We have rigorous expansion on cards and having refined talent is a must to sustain the same. We are on the lookout for experienced professionals for higher and mid-level positions. However, we seek professionals that also share our enthusiasm and outlook for the re-engineering of the industry.”

The hiring will majorly be for the Delhi NCR region and then gradually at other regional levels as per need. Until now, the startup has expanded its presence within Delhi NCR. It has served over 3000 customers and tied up with 19 insurance companies. It further plans to widen its footprint in Karnataka, Maharashtra, and Telangana by end of fiscal 2021.
