Maruti Suzuki Hikes Price By 1.1% Across All Models

Maruti Suzuki India has announced a 1.1 per cent price increase for all of its types of vehicles, on Monday. After raising prices in April 2022, the automaker is now doing so once more during the current fiscal year.

The company announced in December of last year that it would increase car prices to counteract the effects of growing input costs and make plans to upgrade the model range in order to comply with new emission standards that will take effect in April 2023.

In a statement, Maruti Suzuki India mentioned, 'an average increase across models is predicted to be roughly 1.1 per cent. This illustrative amount is determined using Delhi model ex-showroom prices, and it will be effective as of January 16, 2023. 

From the entry-level passenger car Alto to the SUV Grand Vitara, which are priced between Rs 3.39 lakh and Rs 19.49 lakh, the company sells a variety of automobiles (ex-showroom Delhi).
