2021 Triumph Scrambler 1200 XC And XE Unveiled

Triumph Motorcycles removes the curtains from the new Scrambler 1200 Steve McQueen Edition for international markets.

The Steve McQueen Edition is essentially based on the Triumph Scrambler 1200 XE. The bike gets some cosmetic enhancements to pay homage to the Triumph TR6 ridden by Steve McQueen in the classic Second World War movie- ‘The Great Escape’. 

The company has said that it will only produce 1000 units. It means it will a limited edition. All the units will be available for international market, however, some units will be also available for India.

The updated motorcycle has been updated for the latest emission norms. Moreover, due to the emission updates, it gets the revised exhaust system for better heat dissipation. Notably, the engine still remains the same with a 1200cc parallel-twin engine offering the power of 90PS and 110 NM of torque.

The new 2021 Scrambler 1200 XC and XE are available in three colours: Cobalt Blue with a Jet Black stripe, Matt Khaki Green with a Jet Black stripe or the single tone Sapphire Black option.
