eBikeGo Rugged Electric Scooter Gets Over 1 Lakh Bookings Within 2 Months Of Launch

eBikeG has received over 1 lakh+ booking for its Rugged electric scooter. The company has announced that till now it has received 1,06,650 paid bookings worth Rs. 1000 crores. In this period of time, eBikeGo has closed master franchises of Rugged in three (3) states viz. Uttar Pradesh, Bihar and Maharashtra.  Simultaneously, also closed a total number of twenty-two (22) dealership stores in UP, Mumbai and Bihar and one Cost & Freight agent.

Following the introduction of Rugged, eBikeGo has partnered with 22 dealerships throughout India. Bigbasket, Amazon, Delhivery, Zomato, and other big food delivery and retail companies have expressed interest in the Rugged and have signed on as significant B2B clients. In these two months, eBikeGo has also collaborated with mBnk, a Physical Financial Services Marketplace, to launch Rugged in Uttar Pradesh and Bihar. eBikeGo has also got reservations from all corners of India. Tier 2 and rural areas contribute to about 67% of the total bookings.

With the festive season approaching, eBikeGo expects about 50,000 more bookings worth Rs. 500 crores in the coming months. eBikeGo is releasing Rugged in four new hues for Diwali: Red, Blue, Black, and Rugged Special Edition.

Announcing the offer, company said, consumers can own Rugged for free if they refer 100 or more people. Every 100th customer who books Rugged gets its FREE and the delivery is based on a first-come, first-come serve basis.

Rugged is completely developed and built-in India. The Rugged is powered by a 3kW motor that can achieve speeds of up to 70 km/h. It comes with a 2 x 2 kWh battery that may be replaced. The batteries offer a range of 160 kilometers and charge in 3.5 hours. It has a 30 litre storage capacity. The electric moto scooter's body is made out of a steel frame and a cradle chassis. It has 12 smart sensors integrated in.
