Hyundai Launches 6th Gen Verna At Rs 10.89 lakh

Hyundai Motor has launched the all-new Verna 6th gen having a futuristic and ferocious design. Elevating customer experience, the all-new Hyundai Verna raises the benchmark with the segment redefining new technologies, comfort, space and performance. 

Speaking at the Launch of the all-new Hyundai Verna, Unsoo Kim, MD & CEO, Hyundai Motor said, “Today, we are embarking on a new journey with the launch of the all-new Hyundai Verna. The all-new Hyundai Verna builds on the essence of a sporty fastback silhouette. The sporty hood design seamlessly complements the front look of the all-new Hyundai Verna, while the LED headlamps & horizon LED positioning Lamps & DRLS complement the innovative look of this sedan. The black chrome parametric grille adds a touch of sporty premium-ness while building on a smart and dynamic appeal. 

The side profile of the all-new Hyundai VERNA showcases this sedan’s iconic identity. The 6th Generation all-new Hyundai VERNA is characterised by chiselled surfaces which give it a bold and contemporary new look. A distinctive fast-back side design with high precision elements and an aerodynamics profile personifies the futuristic demeanour of the all-new Hyundai Verna. The side profile of the all-new Hyundai Verna features 16 inches of diamond-cut Alloy wheels, Z-shaped character lines, window belt line satin chrome, satin chrome door handles, and auto-fold ORVMs.

This sedan’s design language is uniquely carried over to the rear, with the all-new Hyundai Verna showcasing a seamless blend of innovative technology intertwined with a next-level charismatic look. Enhancing the futuristic and ferocious design with parametric connected LED tail lamps, and shark fin antenna.

The all-new Hyundai Verna’s interiors feature a luxuriously spacious cabin with elements such as integrated infotainment & climate display, dual-tone beige and black interiors, 64 colours ambient light, and premium leather upholstery. The all-new Hyundai VERNA will be offered dual-tone beige and black interiors. 

The all-new Hyundai Verna has been developed to offer customers a new-age premium sedan experience with advanced connectivity solutions that cater to the modern-day needs of consumers. It has 8 speaker system of the Bose premium sound along with Hyundai Bluelink. A 10.25 inches HD Audio video navigation system that reinforces the sedan’s hi-tech cabin experience while also enhancing convenience. 

In terms of safety, Verna will offer 6 airbags as standard fitment across all trims along with 30 standard safety features such as all 3-point seatbelts, speed sensing auto door lock, ABS with EBD, lane change indicator, rear defogger, keyless entry and rear parking sensor. Further, there is 17 Hyundai SmartSense – Level 2 ADAS features, the all-new Hyundai VERNA uses automated sensing technology with radars (Front & Rear), sensors and camera (Front) to detect obstacles on the road and initiating corrective action & warnings, thereby offering comprehensive protection during all climatic and even foggy driving conditions. 

The all-new Hyundai Verna is powered by 1.5 l MPi Petrol Engine that produces power of 115 hps with a torque of 143 Nm which is paired with 6-Speed manual transmission and IVT. New 1.5 l Turbo GDi Petrol Engine produces power of 160 hps with a torque of 253 Nm which is paired with a 6-Speed manual transmission and 7-Speed DCT (Dual Clutch Transmission).The 1.5 l Turbo GDi petrol engine also offers customers Best in Segment power and Torque that is unmatched, this powertrain also offers the highest fuel efficiency in this segment . 

The all-new Hyundai Verna is offered in 7 Monotone colour options that include – Typhoon Silver, Fiery Red, Starry Night. Titan Grey, Abyss Black, Atlas White, Tellurian Brown. Customers can also choose between 2 Dual Tone colour options that include Atlas White with black roof and Fiery Red with black roof (For 1.5 Turbo – GDi Only). The price of Verna starts at Rs 10.98 lakh to Rs 17.37 lakh.
