KIA Motors India Unveils The Sketches Of Its Upcoming Compact SUV Based On The SP Concept

Kia Motors India, today, revealed the first sketch of its upcoming Compact SUV manufactured in India. Due to be revealed fully in the summer, the new vehicle possesses the space and capabilities of a traditional SUV in a compact package. Based on the SP concept, the illustrations give a sneak-peak into the much awaited and anticipated, Compact-SUV from Kia Motors. The sketches of the upcoming Kia car highlight the inspirational design that Kia is known for and make it stand out amongst its diverse global portfolio.

Our new mid-SUV is a proposition that no other car in its class will match.”

This New Compact SUV from KIA will come with a wide Tiger nose grille, one of the unique design elements of Kia Motors design philosophy. It will be based on the 2018 Kia SP Concept unveiled at the Auto Expo, KIA is targeting customers who are young at heart with the design and feature set of the vehicle. The robust design character of a traditional SUV co-exists with sophisticated exterior design details, such as its long hood, a strong, sophisticated character line on the front bumper, and sharp lines pressed into the bodywork. Its strong shoulder line, matched with a glasshouse which tapers towards the rear of the car, as well as rear bumper with a metallic muffler effect, lends the compact SUV an air of understated sportiness 

The Information given out by the Car maker tells us there will be LED headlamps which extend over the radiator grille. The lamps would also feature a 3D light graphic and a highly technical diamond pattern at their trailing edges. The design will also echoed in the rear LED lamps.

This upcoming Compact SUV from KIA Motors will be manufactured in India and exported to global markets.
