Maruti Suzuki Launches New MPV, XL6

Maruti Suzuki India has launched its all-new premium MPV, the XL6. Available at over 360 NEXA dealerships across the country, the exclusive 6-seater, XL6, is a blend of stylish exteriors coupled with plush interiors.

Its raised hood and a unique grille with bold cross-bar design element sweeping into the head-lamps ending with the inset LED DRLs to add to XL6’s imposing, rugged and tough stance.

The all-black Alloy wheels, Roof rails, and side claddings along with expressive side profile add to the vehicle’s personality. Signature Quad-LED headlamps and tail lamps with the LED light guide are designed to captivate anyone with their detailing.

The all-black interiors, with stone finish and rich silver accents sweeping across the cabin, impart a plushy touch. The leather-wrapped flat-bottom steering wheel with easy-access controls and cruise control switches are there in the car. 

The interiors sports connected infotainment system that connects the vehicle to the cloud redefining in-car entertainment experience. The vibrant and customizable 17.8cm SmartPlay Studio touchscreen enhances the driving experience with Smartplay Studio application. The system is completely integrated with the car displaying key vehicle information such as Low fuel alert, fuel economy, etc.

It is enabled with smartphone connectivity for seamless integration. The XL6 is powered by BS6 compliant K15 petrol engine with Progressive Smart Hybrid technology with Li-ion battery.

The K15 engine offers exceptional peak power of 77KW@6000rpm and maximum torque of 138Nm@4400rpm and is tuned to deliver a drive, both within and beyond the city’s parameters.

The XL6 will be available in a 5-speed manual and 4-speed automatic transmission options.

It is equipped with a host of safety features such as dual front airbags, ABS (Anti-lock-Braking System) with EBD (Electronic Brakeforce Distribution), front seat belts with Pre-tensioners and Force Limiters, ISOFIX child seat anchorages, high-speed warning alert, reverse parking sensors as a standard fitment across all variants. ESP (electronic stability program) with Hill Hold function is offered as a standard feature in automatic variants only.
