Maruti Suzuki XL6 Sales Crosses 25K Milestone

Maruti Suzuki has announced that its XL6 completes one year in the market and its sales crossed 25,000 units. The XL6 has gone on to capture nearly 14% market share in the country’s premium MPV segment.

The XL6 gets the K15 engine which offers peak power of 77KW@6000rpm and maximum torque of 138Nm@4400rpm. It comes with a 5-speed manual and 4-speed automatic transmission options.

It is equipped with a host of safety features such as dual front airbags, ABS (Anti-lock-Braking System) with EBD (Electronic Brakeforce Distribution), front seat belts with Pre-tensioners and Force Limiters, ISOFIX child seat anchorages, high-speed warning alert, reverse parking sensors as a standard fitment across all variants. ESP (electronic stability program) with Hill Hold function is offered as a standard feature in automatic variants only.
