Nissan has officially unveiled its subcompact SUV Magnite. The design of Magnite appears very similar to the concept model of the car. The front of the Nissan Magnite features a large single-piece grille, L-shaped LED DRLs, LED fog lamps, and LED Bi-projector headlamps with a sleek look.
The Magnite comes with faux skid plates, split wraparound LED tail lamps and dual-tone alloy wheels. The Nissan Magnite will get safety features like ABS, traction control, hill start assist, dual airbags, vehicle dynamics control with EBD. Nissan is yet to reveal Magnite's engine specifications. However, it is likely to get an HTA0 turbo petrol engine and CVT gearbox.
Talking about the interior features, some premium features have been given in the cabin of Nissan Magnite. These include 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system supporting puddle lamps, ambient lighting, inbuilt air purifiers, Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, segment-first 360-degree surround-view monitor, 7 inch TFT instrument cluster with inbuilt tire pressure monitor, etc. . Nissan will also launch a Tech Pack at the time of launch of the car, which will also get wireless charging feature. Other features of this pack include a premium sound system.
The Nissan Magnite will be launched in India in the current financial year itself. Once launched, it will compete with Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza, Hyundai Venue, Tata Nexon, Ford EcoSport, Mahindra XUV300, and the newly launched Kia Sonet.
