The market for premium cars has seen a surge in electric vehicle types in recent years. And now the Italian EV startup Aehra, which recently debuted its brand-new electric SUV, has entered the race. The Italian EV manufacturer hasn't even given the SUV a name yet; for the time being, it's only known as the Aehra electric SUV. The Aehra SUV is pretty attractive, in typically Italian style, and its eye-catching appearance is likely to draw attention. It has both butterfly and gullwing doors, or what Aehra calls "Elytra doors." The rear doors just go up, unlike the Tesla Model X, whilst the front doors open up and forward.
The ultra-thin mirrors were modeled after racing motorcycles, and the windshield's high slope melds with the roof, which then sweeps backward while maintaining the coupe-like roofline. Its 2997 mm long wheelbase gives away how roomy the cabin is.Its aerodynamic performance is improved by the seamless design, which also gives it an attractive appearance.
Nevertheless, Aehra hasn't provided any other information about the vehicle, so its efficiency is still a mystery. The SUV does have front and rear active aerodynamic components to improve performance, effectiveness, and safety. Additionally, Aehra made liberal use of composite materials when building the monobody of the SUV.
Aehra just unveiled the SUV's design at its Milan headquarters; information on its range and power output will come later. Additionally, it is developing an electric vehicle, which is anticipated to debut in February 2023. Both versions' deliveries are anticipated to start in 2025.
